BakeMax equipment includes several types of ovens: combi ovens, convection ovens, conveyor ovens, and deck ovens.
- Combi ovens from BakeMax are available as either an electric oven or as a convertible gas type oven. Both ovens are boiler-based and full-size with touchscreen controls and a transparent glass door.
- Convection ovens are also available as either an electric or convertible gas unit. BakeMax's full-size convection ovens are compact and can hold up to five pans per deck. Each convection oven utilizes direct steam injection, which keeps food from drying out while keeping it warm.
- BakeMax's conveyor oven is electric and manually operated with the capacity to bake sixteen 12-inch pizzas per hour. Its stainless steel exterior stays cool to the touch, and the operator can set different speeds for different products.
- BakeMax deck ovens, which have stone decks for baking high-quality pizza crusts, are electric with digital temperature controls for top and bottom heating elements and LED displays indicating temperature.
BakeMax dough sheeters are made of heavy-duty stainless steel and available as countertop units and as floor models. Countertop units are either small and compact, or equipped with a 67-inch-long conveyor belt. The operator can fold the conveyor belt up when the unit is not in use, maximizing counter workspace. The floor model has a 79-inch belt, which also folds up when not in use. The rollers on BakeMax sheeters can be adjusted to the operators' preferred thickness for the specific pie or pizza crust being prepared.
