Bain Marie Pans

Bain marie pans range in size from 1-1/2 quarts that are suitable for small portions to large, 12-quart models suitable for soups and other high-volume items. They are made of easy-to-clean stainless steel or polycarbonate. They can be used to prevent milk and cheese products from scorching and curdling and warmed chocolate from breaking down.
