Blueberry Yogurt Tiramisù Recipe
Ingredients for a 1-Pint Gourmet Whip Plus iSi Whipper
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 2 oz. cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1.5 tsp. stevia granules
- 3.5 tbs. powdered sugar
Ingredients for Dessert Plating
- 1cup blueberries
- liquid stevia
- 10-20 lady fingers
- 2 cups orange juice
Stir all ingredients together until the granules are completely dissolved. Pour into the 1-Pint Gourmet Whip Plus iSi Whipper. Screw on one cream charger and shake vigorously.
For the blueberry yogurt tiramisù, sweeten 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries with 5 to 8 drops of liquid stevia. Crush the berries with a fork and stir in 4 tablespoons of blueberry juice. Dip the ladyfingers in orange juice and layer them in a glass, alternating with the yogurt cream and blueberries.
Double the ingredients for a 1-Quart Gourmet Whip Plus iSi Whipper. Screw on two iSi Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake well after attaching each charger. Halve the ingredients if using a Half-Pint Gourmet Whip iSi Whipper.
