Cinnamon Sugar Chips



  • 5 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 14 c. sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Brush each side of tortilla with melted butter, then coat both sides with cinnamon-sugar mix.
  4. Cut tortillas into wedges (easiest with a pizza cutter).
  5. Spread chips on an ungreased baking sheet, then bake for 14-16 minutes.
  6. Allow chips to cool before serving.
