Come join us at Chef Supplies by KaTom on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, for a lively homegrown dinner and discussion with two of the best-loved voices in Tennessee’s food media.

Mary Constantine, Food Editor of the Knoxville News Sentinel, and Amy Campbell, creator of WDVX radio’s The Tennessee Farm Table, will prepare and present A Meal from the Hills of Appalachia with locally-grown and -sourced market-fresh food.

The Menu: A Meal from the Hills of Appalachia

  • Appetizers: Pimento Cheese and Cream Cheese with Jezebel Sauce and Crackers
  • Entrée: Smoked Pork Loin, Tomato Slump, Corn Fritters with Cracklins and Gravy Horse, Kilt Salad, Marinated Cucumbers and Onions
  • Dessert: Cruze Farm Ice Cream with Sorghum Drizzle
  • This is a bring-your-own beer or wine event.
