The Crown Steam GMT-10 kettle and cabinet assembly is designed for efficient and high-performance commercial cooking. This unit includes a 10-gallon tilting kettle mounted on a durable 24-inch cabinet base. The kettle features a 22/3-jacketed steam cavity for consistent heat distribution, while the 316 stainless steel interior liner ensures durability and resistance to high-acid food products. The hemispherical bottom enhances heat circulation for uniform cooking, and the stainless steel exterior provides a sleek, easy-to-clean finish.
The Crown Steam GMT-10 kettle assembly is equipped with electronic ignition for reliable startup and an automatic boiler blowdown system for improved performance. It includes a double pantry fill faucet with hot and cold controls, as well as a 5-inch-deep stainless steel sink with a drain, grate, and splash guard. It features a steam control valve in the right leg, concealed steam manifolds, a safety relief valve, and a steam trap. A lever tilt mechanism allows the kettle to tilt past 90 degrees for complete emptying. The reinforced cabinet base is built with a full perimeter angle frame and a hinged door with a magnetic catch for easy access to internal components. The unit is supported by 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for secure floor mounting.
