Mounted on a 60-inch cabinet base, this gas-powered unit features adjustable flanged feet for stability.

Crown Steam’s GCX-10-6-6 convection steamer/kettle is equipped with electronic ignition and automatic blowdown to maintain peak performance. Its deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink simplifies food preparation and cleaning. The doors include a full-perimeter gasket seal, a positive lock-and-seal mechanism, and a stainless steel drip trough to collect condensate. Steam flow halts when the compartment door is opened and resumes upon closure. The gas-fired boiler features automatic water level control, a pressure gauge, and a safety relief valve. This model includes a water treatment system, a split water line, and CSD-1 boiler controls for enhanced safety and efficiency.
