Crown Steam EPXN-3 Description
Because it's boilerless, the Crown Steam EPXN-3 EZ Steam convection steamer is swift to install. Users must fill and empty the reservoir manually—a low-water indicator light informs users when this step is necessary. Three 12-inch by 20-inch food pans can be placed in the unit at a time, and the pan supports can be removed when they need cleaning.
The interior and exterior of the Crown Steam EPXN-3 convection steamer are made of stainless steel, a metal strong enough to withstand frequent use in high-volume establishments. This unit has an electromechanically controlled timer that can be set as long as 60 minutes. To elevate it above countertops, it's mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs.
