Southbend EZ24-3 Description
The Southbend EZ24-3 EZ Steam countertop convection steamer has a capacity of three food pans. This unit equips kitchens to prepare plenty of food quickly and, because it doesn't require oil to cook, the resulting product is healthier than cooking with other methods. Pans are held inside the cabinet on supports, which can be removed for cleaning.
No plumbing connection is required to cook with the Southbend EZ24-3 convection steamer. It doesn't have a boiler, so users must add and remove water manually and monitor the levels to ensure proper operation. Lights indicate when the unit is ready to cook, currently cooking, or low on water, while the timer can be set to as long as 60 minutes.
