Crown Steam EMT-10-10 Description
Designed with a built-in 24-inch cabinet base, the Crown Steam EMT-10-10 kettle/cabinet assembly provides a compact, high-efficiency cooking station. This unit includes two 10-gallon kettles, each equipped with a 2/3 steam jacket that surrounds the lower portion of the kettle for even heat distribution. A hemispherical bottom enhances circulation, while the stainless steel mounting legs house the steam supply and condensate system. The right leg is fitted with a steam control valve for added convenience.
The Crown Steam EMT-10-10 kettle/cabinet assembly features a stainless steel exterior and interior, built for long-term durability in commercial kitchens. The kettles are mounted on a reinforced cabinet base with a full-perimeter angle frame and a stainless steel counter. A 5-inch-deep sink with a drain and splash guard is integrated, along with a double pantry fill faucet for hot and cold water. The cabinet is supported by stainless steel legs with four adjustable flanged feet for secure floor mounting, and its hinged doors have magnetic catches for easy access to internal components.
