Equipped with two 60-gallon kettles, the Crown Steam ELTM-60-2 tilting kettle mixer is designed for high-volume food preparation. A power tilt bridge, constructed of 10-gauge stainless steel, swings 140 degrees to provide access for maintenance, cleaning, and tilting. Each kettle features a ²/₃ steam jacket that surrounds the lower portion of the unit, promoting even heat transfer, while a hemispherical bottom enhances circulation. This unit operates at a maximum pressure of 50 PSI with a thermostat range of 140 to 285 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed for heavy-duty use, the Crown Steam ELTM-60-2 tilting kettle mixer features a variable-speed mixer powered, delivering efficient mixing performance. A sealed stainless steel tilt mechanism enables each kettle to tilt forward 90 degrees for complete emptying. Stability is provided by tubular stainless steel legs with four-hole adjustable flanged feet, securing the unit to the floor. The front-mounted control panel houses a power switch, mixer lift switch, variable speed adjustment, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and a low water shutoff system.
