The hemispherical bottom enhances heat transfer for thorough cooking, and a double-wall interior, factory-sealed with distilled water, maintains precise temperature control. This unit operates within a range of 140 to 285 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed for efficiency, the Crown Steam ELTM-60 tilting kettle mixer features a variable-speed mixer. Its two removable agitators—a primary stainless steel scraper/agitator and a secondary high-speed mixer—are included, both of which detach without tools for cleaning. A sealed stainless steel tilt mechanism enables the unit to tilt forward 90 degrees for full emptying, while the power tilt bridge, made of 10-gauge stainless steel, swings 140 degrees to provide access for maintenance and tilting. Its tubular stainless steel legs, fitted with four-hole adjustable flanged feet, secure the unit firmly to the floor.
