Crown Steam ELT-60F Description
For high-volume cooking applications, the Crown Steam ELT-60F tilting kettle has a 60-gallon capacity and a full steam jacket that surrounds the entire unit, promoting even heat distribution. The double-wall interior is factory-sealed with distilled water, and the hemispherical bottom enhances heat circulation. With a temperature range of 165 to 285 degrees Fahrenheit, this electric model is designed for precise cooking control.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Crown Steam ELT-60F tilting kettle's self-locking crank tilt mechanism provides a secure stop at any angle and enables forward tilting up to 90 degrees for full emptying. The stainless steel-clad control console is drip-proof and mounted on a tri-leg base with a welded pipe frame and four-hole adjustable feet for floor securing. The integrated controls include a power switch, thermostat, and pilot light.
