Crown Steam ELT-40 40 gal. Steam Kettle - Manual Tilt, 2/3 Jacket, 208v/3ph

The Crown Steam ELT-40 tilting kettle has a capacity of 40 gallons, suiting it to prepare lots of liquid dishes that should simmer for a long time, such as chili, stew, and soup. Durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel composes the kettle's interior and exterior, withstanding acidic foods cooked inside the kettle. Its base has three legs with holes to accommodate bolts for secure mounting.

Two-thirds of the Crown Steam ELT-40 tilting kettle is enclosed by a steam jacket. This factory-sealed compartment holds distilled water that, when heated, produces steam that surrounds the kettle and produces an even heat source. After cooking, operators can tilt the kettle forward 90 degrees to remove its contents.
