This kettle has thermostatic controls, ranging from 165 to 285 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can cook acidic foods without worrying about corrosion because the kettle interior is lined with 316 stainless steel.

The Crown Steam ELT-30 tilting kettle tilts as far forward as 90 degrees, supporting users to remove all contents in the kettle. To tilt it, users can turn the crank mechanism. Its bottom two-thirds have a steam jacket—factory sealed and filled with distilled water—that evenly heats the interior.
