Crown Steam EL-30F Description
The Crown Steam EL-30F stationary kettle holds up to 30 gallons and operates at temperatures between 165 and 285 degrees Fahrenheit. Its full-jacketed interior ensures even heat distribution, while the 316 stainless steel liner enhances durability and resistance to acidic foods. Designed for efficiency, this self-contained unit requires only an electrical hookup for installation. The hemispherical bottom optimizes heat circulation, and the sealed steam jacket is pre-filled with treated water that does not require refilling.
For user convenience, the Crown Steam EL-30F stationary kettle includes a 2-inch sanitary draw-off valve with a perforated strainer, making product dispensing smooth and efficient. A counterbalanced hinged stainless steel cover retains heat and enhances safety, while the thermostatic control system provides precise temperature adjustments. The integrally mounted control panel features a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum and pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shutoff. Supported by three stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet, this unit is built for secure floor installation.
