The Crown Steam EL-30 steam kettle helps kitchens prepare a large quantity of a liquid dish, holding 30 gallons of product. When liquid needs to be drained from soups or stews, users can open the 2-inch draw-off valve, which has a perforated strainer to prevent solid pieces from flowing out.

So it can accommodate acidic foods without damage, the Crown Steam EL-30 steam kettle's interior and exterior are made of durable stainless steel. The compartment between the interior and exterior is filled with distilled water, and this jacket covers the lower ²⁄₃ of the kettle. By surrounding the food with heat, it cooks without scorching.
