Crown Steam EL-25 Description
Designed for large-scale cooking, the Crown Steam EL-25 stationary kettle has a 25-gallon capacity and operates with a 2/3 steam jacket to maintain uniform heating. The double-wall interior contains factory-sealed distilled water, generating steam that surrounds the lower portion of the kettle for precise temperature control. With a thermostatic control system, operators can adjust heat settings between 165 degrees and 285 degrees Fahrenheit, while a vacuum/pressure gauge provides real-time monitoring.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Crown Steam EL-25 steam kettle includes an interior liner designed for high-acid content cooking. Its tri-leg base features tubular legs with four-hole adjustable feet. The kettle’s hemispherical bottom enhances heat circulation, and a counterbalanced, spring-assisted domed cover helps retain heat. A 2-inch sanitary draw-off valve with a perforated strainer streamlines dispensing. Mounted on the right side, the control panel features a power switch, pilot light, safety relief valve, low water shutoff, and faucet bracket.
