The Crown Steam ECX-2-24 convection steamer is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, offering two independent compartments that each accommodate up to three full-size pans. Built on a compact 24-inch cabinet base, this electric-powered unit ensures efficient and consistent cooking performance. Its stainless steel construction provides long-term durability and easy cleaning, while the fully insulated cooking chambers help maintain optimal steam circulation.
The Crown Steam ECX-2-24 steamer’s compartments each feature a 60-minute timer, cook and ready indicator lights, and an audible cycle completion alert. The steamer includes an automatic boiler blowdown system, split water lines, and a built-in water treatment system to extend its lifespan and reduce maintenance needs. Additionally, the unit features removable stainless steel pan supports, a drip trough to collect condensate, and a CSD-1 boiler control package for enhanced safety.
