Measuring 60 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 72¹⁄₂ inches high, this unit includes two compartments, each accommodating five 12-inch by 20-inch pans. It also integrates a 6-gallon and a 10-gallon kettle for expanded cooking versatility. A deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink provides convenient water access, while the built-in water filter system maintains efficiency. Made of durable stainless steel, it includes an automatic blowdown system for maintenance. The 6-inch legs feature adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear to ensure secure positioning.
