With a 36-inch cabinet base, the Southbend ECX-10S-36 electric convection steamer provides a sturdy foundation while maximizing storage and workspace efficiency. Measuring 36 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 68 1⁄2 inches high, this unit is designed for high-capacity steaming with two compartments that each accommodate five 12-inch by 20-inch pans. Each compartment features a 60-minute timer for precise operation, while removable pan supports and a drip trough simplify cleaning.
To maintain efficiency, the Southbend ECX-10S-36 has an integrated water filter system that prevents buildup, and an automatic blowdown system streamlines maintenance. Constructed of stainless steel, this model stands on 6-inch legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear for stability.
