Southbend ECX-10S Description

Measuring 24 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 68 1⁄2 inches high, the Southbend ECX-10S electric convection steamer is designed to maximize cooking efficiency in compact spaces. Its two compartments each accommodate five 12-inch by 20-inch pans and feature 60-minute timers for precise cooking control. Stability is reinforced by a 24-inch cabinet base and 6-inch legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear.

Removable pan supports and a drip trough streamline cleanup, while an integrated water filter system maintains performance. Built with stainless steel construction for durability, the Southbend ECX-10S includes an automatic blowdown system for efficient maintenance.
