The Crown Steam EC-10TW-2 twin tilting kettles provide a combined 10-gallon capacity. Each kettle features a ²/₃ steam jacket for efficient heat distribution. Solid state temperature controls and a pressure gauge enable precise monitoring, while the low water level cutoff system includes an indicator for added safety. Designed for durability, the kettles feature a stainless steel exterior and interior liner. The console, located on the right side, is equipped with a lever tilt mechanism, and a “clean lock” holds the kettles in place at 105 degrees for simplified cleaning.
