The Southbend DMT-10S kettle and cabinet assembly is a compact, high-efficiency solution for commercial kitchens, featuring a 10-gallon direct steam tilting kettle mounted on a durable 24-inch cabinet base. Designed for even heat distribution, its 2 2⁄3-jacketed interior features a 316 stainless steel liner, making it resistant to high-acid food products.
The hemispherical kettle bottom enhances heat circulation, ensuring consistent cooking. The unit is equipped with a lever tilt mechanism and a heat-resistant handle, allowing the kettle to tilt forward 90 degrees for complete emptying.
Built for durability and convenience, the Southbend DMT-10S kettle and cabinet assembly includes a reinforced stainless steel counter with stainless steel finish for easy cleaning. The cabinet base features a double pantry hot and cold water fill faucet, a deep stainless steel sink with a splash guard, and a drain for added functionality.
