Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner, it resists high-acid food products and ensures durability. The hemispherical kettle bottom optimizes heat circulation for uniform cooking. Mounted on a stainless steel cabinet base, this floor model includes a perforated strainer and a 2-inch draw-off valve for smooth product dispensing. A hot and cold deck-mounted fill faucet is integrated for convenient water access, while the enclosed cabinet base houses a steam trap and safety relief valve.

For stability, the Crown Steam DMS-30 stationary kettle is supported by 6-inch stainless steel legs, with bullet feet in the front and adjustable flanged feet in the rear for secure floor mounting. A one-piece stainless steel spring-assisted hinged cover ensures safety and heat retention. The modular cabinet design matches other Crown cooking equipment, while removable side panels and magnetic latch doors provide easy access for maintenance. The unit's standard pan support holds one 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pan in a horizontal position during use and is removable without tools for convenience.
