Constructed of durable stainless steel, the unit features a 316 stainless steel interior liner to resist corrosion from acidic ingredients.

For enhanced efficiency, the DLTM-40-2 kettle includes two agitators—a primary stainless steel scraper/agitator and a secondary high-speed mixer—both of which can be easily removed for cleaning without the need for tools. The power-tilt mechanism allows each kettle to tilt forward 90 degrees for effortless emptying, while the sealed stainless steel tilt system ensures smooth operation. The hydraulic-powered mixer has variable speed control, and the power-tilt bridge swings 140 degrees for easy access during cleaning or kettle tilting. Floor-mounted control console supports provide stability, and the adjustable flanged feet secure the unit firmly to the floor.
