Designed with a variable-speed mixer powered by an electric motor, the Crown Steam DLTM-40 direct steam tilting kettle/mixer provides efficient blending for high-volume food preparation. Its power-tilt bridge swings 140 degrees out of the way, allowing full access for tilting and cleaning. Two heavy-duty hydraulic motors drive the included agitators, which consist of a primary stainless steel scraper/agitator and a secondary high-speed mixer—both removable without tools for easy cleaning.

The Crown Steam DLTM-40 steam kettle features a 40-gallon capacity and a ²⁄₃-jacketed construction, providing even heat distribution. Its hemispherical bottom maximizes heat transfer, while a sealed stainless steel tilt mechanism enables the kettle to tilt forward 90 degrees for complete emptying. Supported by tubular legs with four-hole adjustable flanged feet, this unit remains secure in demanding commercial environments. The floor-mounted control console houses the main power switch, mixer lift switch, and variable speed control for precision operation.
