Equipped with a variable-speed mixer powered by an electric motor, the Crown Steam DLTM-100 direct steam tilting kettle/mixer ensures efficient blending and cooking for large-scale food preparation. The unit includes two removable agitators—a primary stainless steel scraper/agitator and a secondary high-speed mixer—both of which can be detached without tools for simple cleaning. A power-tilt bridge swings 140 degrees out of the way to allow kettle tilting and cleaning access.

The Crown Steam DLTM-100 features a 100-gallon capacity and a ²⁄₃-jacketed construction, ensuring even heat distribution. Its hemispherical bottom maximizes heat transfer, while a sealed stainless steel tilt mechanism enables the kettle to tilt forward 90 degrees for complete emptying. Supported by tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet, the unit remains stable in demanding commercial environments. The control console is mounted on floor supports and houses the main power switch, mixer lift switch, and variable speed control.
