Southbend DCX-2S-6-10 Description
Designed for high-efficiency cooking, the Southbend DCX-2S-6-10 direct steam convection steamer/kettle measures 60 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 62 1⁄10 inches high, providing ample cooking and storage space. It features two compartments, each with a 60-minute timer, and accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch pans per compartment. A 6-gallon and 10-gallon kettle are integrated for versatile cooking applications. A deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink enhances workflow efficiency.
Built with stainless steel construction for long-term durability, the Southbend DCX-2S-6-10 includes an automatic blowdown feature for system maintenance. Stability is ensured with a 60-inch-wide cabinet base and 6-inch legs with adjustable bullet feet in the front and flanged feet in the rear.
