The Crown Steam DCX-16 convection steamer is designed for high-volume cooking, accommodating up to 16 full-size pans within its two independent compartments. Operating on direct steam, this unit ensures efficient cooking while maintaining even steam distribution. Its 36-inch cabinet base provides a stable foundation, with reinforced construction for durability.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the Crown Steam DCX-16 steamer is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. Each compartment includes a 60-minute timer with an audible signal, allowing for precise cooking control. The unit is equipped with removable stainless steel pan supports and a stainless steel drip trough that connects to the drain to collect condensate when the door is opened. Adjustable feet in both the front and rear ensure stability on uneven surfaces.
