Constructed of stainless steel inside and out, the Crown Steam DCX-10-10 steamer is equipped with a deck-mounted faucet valve with a swing nozzle and an integral sink, simplifying kettle filling and cleaning. The unit features an insulated, fully welded cooking chamber, removable stainless steel pan supports, and a positive lock-and-seal mechanism for reliable operation.
