The doors feature a removable aluminum liner with a full perimeter gasket seal, a stainless steel outer liner, and a wheel and screw closing mechanism for secure operation. With a clear opening of 101/4 inches by 263/8 inches, each compartment is designed for efficient loading and unloading of pans.
Equipped with manual mechanical timer controls, the Crown Steam DCL-3 steamer enables independent timing for each compartment, ensuring precision cooking. The unit automatically shuts down at the end of each cycle, draining condensate and releasing steam while sounding a continuous signal until turned off manually. With a maximum pressure of 6 PSI, this steamer efficiently handles large batch cooking needs while maintaining food quality and consistency.
