Its one-section design simplifies access and supports daily prep tasks, while a raised rail holds six one-third-size pans at safe temperatures. Powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A digital thermostat controls cabinet conditions, and a self-cleaning condenser improves cooling performance by minimizing dust buildup.

The Valpro VPP47-HC pizza prep table is constructed of stainless steel on the top, hood, front, and sides for long-term durability and a clean appearance. Inside, a 304 stainless steel coved floor resists corrosion and is paired with white ABS side panels and door backs for quick wipe-downs. The stainless steel door is self-closing to help retain cold air and includes a stay-open feature past 90 degrees for uninterrupted restocking. Its snap-in magnetic gasket creates a reliable seal and can be removed without tools for simplified cleaning. The unit includes one epoxy-coated adjustable shelf and a 17³⁄₄-inch cutting board that spans the full width for streamlined food assembly.
