Built to endure heavy use, the Valpro VP1F-HC reach-in freezer features a fully stainless steel construction that’s highly durable and corrosion resistant. Between the paneling is 2²/₅ inches of polyurethane foam insulation that works with the solid, full-height door to help lock in cold conditions. The interior of the cabinet spans 23 cubic feet and is fitted with three epoxy-coated shelves illuminated by LED lighting.

The Valpro VP1F-HC functions via the digital controller’s input settings; here, staff can set the desired operating temperature between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, users can monitor the current temperature and address any notifications that appear. The door-ajar and temperature alerts help to prevent excessive cold air loss, and the self-contained refrigeration system is bottom mounted and uses R290 refrigerant to remove heat from the unit.
