The Curtis TLP12A coffee brewer is ideal for drinking stations in restaurants and diners. It can brew a full or half batch as needed and can brew a total of 41/2 gallons per hour. The airpot can hold 21/5 liters at a time. To help determine the best cleaning routine, each brewing cycle is counted.
Operation of the Curtis TLP12A coffee brewer is simple, as a staff member fills the included stainless steel universal brew cone to match the desired brewing amount. Water temperature is programmable and ranges from 170 to 206 degrees Fahrenheit. To achieve optimal flavor with each batch, this unit features pulse brew technology that offers a total of three pulse brew options.
