Great for baking pizzas and pastas, the Middleby Marshall PS520E-2 electric conveyor oven has two separate decks. Each deck can cook a different product in its own 20-inch-long cooking chamber with 42-inch by 18-inch belts. Belt direction can be reversed depending on the kitchen layout, while speed and bake time are adjustable with microprocessor controls. Vertical columns of hot air move in this unit aerodynamically, speeding up baking without extremely high temperatures.
This Middleby Marshall PS520E-2 double countertop conveyor oven has an energy management system that saves energy and improves cooking efficiency. It also keeps the oven exterior cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns. Most of the unit is made of durable, swiftly cleaned stainless steel and some parts are removable to streamline cleaning. When servicing is required, the control compartment is accessible.
