It holds 24 trays, each measuring 15 inches by 20 inches. The trays rest on removable ledges that have 5 inches of spacing above and below for plate dome covers and cups. This cart is made of aluminum—a durable material that resists corrosion. While users are moving the unit, they can steer with the push handles as the full-perimeter bumper prevents damage to other surfaces.
