The boiler holds 2.6 liters of water for continuous use, and a vacuum valve helps prevent milk from entering the boiler, reducing the risk of cross contamination.

This Astra PRO pourover espresso machine doesn't require plumbing, so it can be moved for maintenance and cleaning. Designed for countertop use, its compact structure measures 11 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 17 inches high.
