Its semi-automatic brewing system helps save time in rush periods by refilling water automatically and using thermo-circulation brewing to achieve desired temperatures consistently. After the barista determines the accurate dosage for the intended brew, the three brewing heads self-tamp. Its boiler holds 17 liters of water, and a vacuum valve prevents milk from entering the boiler. Overall, it can produce 720 cups of espresso per hour.
