Designed for high-traffic cafes and coffee shops, the Astra M2CS019-1 espresso machine generates 360 cups of coffee per hour. Its two self-tamping brewing heads work in tandem with one single and two double portafilters to accommodate several brews at once, and the two manual steam valves grant baristas control over the liquid volume per shot. They can also manipulate liquid temperatures with the manual hot water valve, and a thermo-circulation brewing system achieves accurate temperature control for best results. Its boiler holds 7 liters of water, and to reduce hands-on tasks, it refills automatically.

Because its internal motor operates quietly, the Astra M2CS019-1 espresso/cappuccino machine can be used in the front of house. It's made of stainless steel, which creates a sleek, modern look and resists corrosion and rust throughout use. It measures 19.25 inches wide by 19.50 inches deep by 22 inches high, so it can be installed on a countertop alongside other pieces of coffee equipment. To withstand long-term use, it comes with brass flare fittings.
