Astra M2-012 Description
The Astra M2-012 Mega 2 espresso and cappuccino machine produces up to 480 cups per hour. It features two brewing heads, two manual steam valves, and two manual hot water valves, or it can be configured with three steam wands and one hot water valve. With a 131/5-quart copper boiler and a thermo circulation brewing system, this machine ensures precise temperature control for optimal espresso extraction. The rotary Procon® pump operates quietly while maintaining steady water pressure, and the automatic water fill function keeps water levels consistent. Constructed with brass flare fittings and stainless steel panels, this durable machine is designed for longevity in high-volume settings.
