Designed for reliability, the Astra M1S 016 Mega 1S semi-automatic espresso and cappuccino machine includes brass flare fittings, an automatic water fill system, and preinfusion capabilities for enhanced espresso extraction. With a single brewing head, steam wand, and hot water valve, this unit produces up to 240 cups per hour. The machine features a self-tamping, high-density group head and a thermocycling system to ensure consistent brewing temperatures. A 7²/₅-quart copper boiler provides ample hot water and steam for high-demand use, while the rotary Procon® pump delivers smooth, quiet operation.
