Hestan HCOP36 NG Description
The Hestan HCOP36 NG commercial convection oven is ideal for busy locations with limited space. It features a compact design with modular compatibility and is design to fit Hestan range or worktop. Thermostatic controls operate the unit and can manipulate heat production from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability, the unit is primarily made of stainless steel.
The Hestan HCOP36 NG convection oven's interior is waterproof for easy cleaning and corrosion prevention. For convenience, two nickel-plated oven racks are provided and can be adjusted among the five support rack positions. The solid door is also waterproof and fitted with a full-width handle for a secure grip; this also helps prevent damage to the control knobs.
