Hestan HCH36 NG Description
Made of durable stainless steel, the Hestan HCH36 NG gas range top is ideal for locations working with limited space. It's designed to be combined with a Hestan base and operates using a natural gas connection. The unit must be positioned below a hood for safe ventilation, and for mobility as needed, the unit sits on four casters.
The Hestan HCH36 NG heavy-duty range features solid-state controls that operate the unit; these consist of a knob for each burner to control temperature and angle. For flexibility in cooking, the unit features three burners spaced 12 inches apart. The modular grill can be replaced with other types of broiler grate, depending on the operation's cooking needs. A trough collects grease for easy cleaning as needed.
