MoTak MSP1 1 Burner Stock Pot Range, Convertible

Designed to heat a stock pot, the MoTak MSP1 stock pot range includes a 1⁷⁄₈-inch-thick, highly conductive cast iron grate. Though cast iron requires more time to heat up than thinner metals, it can maintain high temperatures over a long period of time to endure back-to-back applications. Its three-ring cast iron burner evenly distributes heat across the bottom of a pot to reduce cold spots. For hands-on management, users can adjust the gas burners’ dual controls. Its two standing pilot lights ignite instantly.

To maintain a clean unit, the MoTak MSP1 commercial stock pot range’s cast iron grate and crumb tray are removable so users can clean hard-to-reach surfaces. Its stainless steel construction withstands dents and scuffs from bustling kitchen environments, and it resists corrosion to retain its original appearance throughout its service life. To account for uneven surfaces, its 8-inch legs can be adjusted to prevent wobbling and rocking for safe operation. This unit measures 18 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 15.75 inches high.
