To provide lasting resilience in high-volume settings, the MoTak MHP36 commercial hot plate is made of stainless steel, which is simple to clean and highly resistant to rusting, corroding, denting, and scratching. This 36¹⁄₅₀-inch-wide by 28¹⁄₂₀-inch-deep by 13²⁄₂₅-inch-tall range can be placed on a countertop to conserve floorspace; it's fitted with nonskid legs that can be raised or lowered to ensure stabilization on irregular surfaces. For streamlined cleaning, its full-width stainless steel grease pan, burner tops, and cast iron grates can be removed.

The MoTak MHP36 countertop range is comprised of six burners with corresponding pilots and controls that enable dishes with different temperature requirements can be cooked simultaneously. These independent controls also enable users to operate just certain sections of the cooking surface during slow periods rather than the entire unit. To improve user safety during cooking, its extended front edge remains cool to the touch. This unit is ready for use with natural gas but can be converted to accept LP gas with the included conversion kit, accommodating various kitchen setups.
