MoTak MHP24 24" Gas Hotplate w/ (4) Burners & Manual Controls, Convertible

Sized for countertop placement, the MoTak MHP24 commercial hot plate measures 24¹⁄₅₀ inches wide by 28¹⁄₂₀ inches deep by 13²⁄₂₅ inches tall. To secure it in place during use, it's equipped with adjustable, nonskid legs. Its stainless steel construction provides lasting rust, dent, and scratch resistance through high-volume use, and for enhanced user safety, its extended front edge remains cool to the touch—even when the unit's surface is hot.

The MoTak MHP24 countertop gas range's four heavy-duty cast iron burners each output 25,000 BTUs. Operators can turn on each burner and adjust their heat with the corresponding pilot and controls. Since each burner is independently operated, staff can cook different dishes simultaneously or only use certain sections of the cooking surface to conserve energy during slow periods. To simplify cleanup after use, the burners' tops, cast iron grates, and full-width stainless steel grease pan can be removed. Although this range ships ready for use with natural gas, it can be converted to accommodate LP gas with the included kit.
