MoTak MGR48-T 48" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Convertible

The MoTak MGR48-T gas griddle is built with four U-shaped burners featuring a quick-on design that adjusts heat when the probes sense a drop in temperature, and by maintaining even heat, these burners can reduce cook and recovery times. Users can adjust the burners' temperatures from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with the large, simple-to-user thermostatic control knobs. The ³⁄₄-inch-thick highly polished griddle plate withstands repeated heating and cooling without warping, and unlike thinner griddle plates, this surface can retain and distribute heat to minimize reheating time and cold spots.

The MoTak MGR48-T gas griddle's 4-inch-tall backsplash and side splashes catch and contain messes to reduce cleaning requirements while enhancing user safety. Its grease trough and removable grease catch pan collect oil, grease, and other food debris, simplifying cleanup after use. To withstand repeated use in busy cafes, restaurants, and hotels while enhancing employee safety, this 47¹³⁄₂₀-inch-wide by 29⁶⁄₂₅-inch-deep by 15⁴⁄₂₅-inch-tall unit features a durable, double-wall stainless steel construction with insulated side panels and an extended cool-to-the-touch front end. To minimize disruptive wobbling or rocking during use, its nonskid stainless steel legs can be raised or lowered as needed. While this griddle comes ready for natural gas heating, the included conversion enables users to set it up with LP gas.
