The MoTak MGR24 griddle uses natural gas, though it includes a conversion kit so it can be switched to heat with LP gas. It measures 24 inches wide and evenly spaces two U-shaped burners across the 20.68-inch cooking surface. Retaining heat and withstanding frequent temperature changes without warping, the plate measures 0.75 inch thick. To maintain heat, the quick-on burner feature adjusts burners when the probe senses a temperature drop, providing quick recovery to retain moisture and increase product yield.

A 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes contain grease splatter to the griddle surface, while the trough captures grease and directs it to the removable, stainless steel grease pan. The cool-to-the-touch front edge on this MoTak MGR24 gas griddle is extended to separate operators from the hot surface, and non-skid legs are included for countertop stability.
