MoTak MBR48 Description
With an overall width of 48 inches, the MoTak MBR48 charbroiler is meant to be placed on a countertop. To keep it in place during use and prevent sliding, it's mounted on adjustable, nonskid legs. Its racks are reversible and made of strong cast iron to support heavy use. For additional durability, the unit's remainder is constructed of stainless steel—a simple-to-clean metal that resists rust and corroding.
To keep splatter contained, the MoTak MBR48 countertop charbroiler is equipped with 4-inch back and side splashes. It's also furnished with a removable grease pan to facilitate thorough cleaning. Each of its four U-shaped burners has an output of 35,000 BTUs; the unit's settings can be adjusted with manual controls.
